Maybe that is a bad example. I just started eating rice/red potato's with my meals now and exercises I just started eating clean this week. After dropping exercises 40 lbs. I stopped losing weight and basically hit a plateau. I was lifting weights and jump roping and running stairs yadda. Then my friend convinced me to start running so I was doing that for about 2 weeks and noticed a pound or two drop in weight. Then school stuff came up and I quit working out. Now I am back and I am eager to get the remaining pounds off that I do not want and to increase my size a bit.
