I had written that part a while back, and since then, I pretty much changed my mind about fruit. I really don't think fruit is the main culprit that is making people fat out there, and it is a great alternative to other foods. So I'm going to remove that. As far as the potato is concerned, I've pretty much don't eat them anymore. So I don't really have any direct experience.
