I uncovered research studies that burning calories showed how intervals were superior to slow cardio for fat loss, and how heavier resistance training (i.e. 8 reps per set) were far burning calories more effective at burning calories than the traditional "high-reps to get cut" approach. Over time the Turbulence Training philosophy came together into a training program that would give you maximum burning calories fat loss results in minimum time. An approach that at the time, was the exact opposite to what mainstream fitness magazines were touting as the best way to lose fat.
