I stopped losing weight and basically hit a plateau. I was lifting weights and jump roping and running stairs yadda. Then my friend convinced me to start running so I was doing that for about 2 weeks www fatties and noticed a pound or two drop in weight. Then school stuff www fatties came up and I quit working out. Now I am back and I am eager to get the www fatties remaining pounds off that I do not want and to increase my size a bit. I just have problems putting on muscle so I am going to see where this clean eating and current workout I have takes me. It's only been about 3 days so I can't make any predictions yet lol. I'll post later in about a month and see what my progress is. Oh and for the record I am 6'2" I used to weigh about 280 pounds, and now I am down to around 240 pounds. |
