I've even got a story pregnancy about Atkins plan that I heard from a friend just recently. A lady & her boyfriend (friends of mine, heard about this 1st hand) pregnancy went on the Atkins plan (who only needed to lose maybe pregnancy 10 lbs each, they weren't overweight at all) and they CONSTANTLY complained about feeling very hungry, dizzy, and lack of energy. Needless to say, they were on it for like 3 days. Once again, thanks sooooo much for this AMAZING plan. It has changed my whole attitude on life.
