David Greenwalt's interest in fitness began in grammar school. In 5th grade David earned the President’s Physical Fitness Award. Like many lifelong resistance trainers, he started piddling with weights at the early age of 14. David didn’t really begin to train systematically or consistently training systems until the summer of 1982, just prior to the start of his senior year in high school. Within just a few months he grew dramatically in body weight and strength and was hooked for life. |
