There was a significant positive relationship between the training intensity and the change in GH AUC skinfold test (Figure 6) after 30 weeks of training, but not after 15 weeks of training. The circadian pattern of GH secretion with chemiluminsecent assay in the two fast walkers is shown in Figures 7 and 8.
