while off the program I noticed a gain in ironman training fat, and I will not settle for this! For so many years my friends were cigarettes, beer, and whiskey. Now ironman training my friends are chicken, fish, oranges and oatmeal. One last thing. I found a way to not only incorporate cardio into my day, but also brighten my day. I got a dog. Every day we jog for 30 minutes, and on weekends we run around the park for an hour or so. This is such a great form of exercise. Plus, ironman training it's been said pets tend to put people in more positive moods, therefore making it easier to achieve their goals. I've noticed an incredible difference.
