I've been overweight for 19 years, and one of the most gratifying things about abdominal exercising losing weight is watching the fat melt off of everything -- my face, my arms, my chest, my legs. My clothes are becoming abdominal exercising looser and looser... You get the picture. Sorry to ramble on, but it's very cool to be getting thinner. I'm really looking forward to impressing my family when I see abdominal exercising them in two months! Thanks for everything. Every time I look in the mirror, I look better. AN UPDATE FROM JOHN: I just wanted to let you know that I'm down to 148 pounds (from 190) and I've gone from 37 inches around the middle to about 29. I hope you can keep helping people like you've helped me. I'm so much more self-confident now, and I just look SO much better.
