Whenever I ran into people that said this I informed them of what plan I was on and told them a little bit about it. I also joined the gym and started working out, for the first month I did cardio (running). After the second week on the plan my pants started to loosen up and I was starting to get a real good feeling diets & dieting about this. Well three weeks turned into four and I had lost around 23 diets & dieting pounds. Everything on the site was right on and at that point when people asked diets & dieting why I didn't just copy the book and send it back I informed them that Francesco had worked a long time on this and the results I was getting couldn't be better, so in my mind he lived up to my expectations and I wasn't going to rob him of all of his hard work on the best self help book I have ever read!!
