The truth is – there is no one single exercise to burn fat, but research shows a combination of exercises and healthy eating techniques work best and more importantly, they work permanently. Fad exercises and diets can help provide dramatic results, but these are hard to sustain. Rather than searching for the elusive gadget, pill, or cream, we should understand that fat loss lies in the type of training – the most effective being aerobic training, also popularly termed as ‘cardio exercise;’ an abbreviation for ‘cardiovascular exercise.’
