As for the CEE am planning on giving it a go in a couple of months, I am still gaining well at the moment without and I dont believe in taking things when theres no need too. Am def gonna give it a go somethime thou. I doubt you'll loose much strength from stopping thou mate, infact it'll probably do you good as next time you go back on it you'll end up gaining quicker.
