Weighted dips - 10@bodyweight, 10@+10kg, 10@+15kg, 10@+20kg Swiss Ball pressups - 4x20reps PecDec - 2x10@50kg - this was more for the stretch then anything else, as it was on the lowest setting Ez Bar curls - 3x5@55kg Wrist curls - 3x10 @60kg with barbell To finish 50 crunches and 15mins HIIT on the exercise bike > Just have to say I met the fittest

DazT my current best lifts are 80kg clean and pushpress for 3reps 190kg deadlift - not pushing myself too hard on this yet as I am prone to lower back injury, I am only deadlifting once every 2 weeks and adding a little each time. Squats are currently my hepatic failure sh1ttest lift @ 110kg for 12reps. 80kg bent over rows for 5x5 hepatic failure - only done these once 45kg incline dumbell press for 5 reps 100kg incline bench for hepatic failure 5reps Mb - I usually only do my cardio pwo yes, thats if I do it lol am a bit lazy! Today I did some legs (rare I know), but am doing my legs a LOT more this yr, and some power movements Zercher squats - 10@40kg 10@60kg 8@70kg 8@70kg (Never done these before but thought I'd give em a go, fcuking hurt my arms!
