I can get the 190kg off the floor easy, but its a struggle as soon as it reaches my knees. I dvd think maybe more upperback and trap strength is required. Aims for this yr thou include; Maintain a slow and steady weight gain, with a good diet pretty much all yr round 100kg overhead clean and push press 230kg deadlift Vast improvements on my squats - at least 160kg 100kg bent over rows for reps Not too fussed about benching, but if I can maintain slow steady progress I will be happy. 140-5kg by the end of the yr I'll be happy with and incline dumbell press of 52.5kg.

I started a cut just after new yrs, but I was going too low on the carbs and my strength was suffering, so I decided against a proper cut, instead I am just eating more healthly in big fat girls general, not drinking any booze for a month, upping the cardio, keeping the big fat girls good fats and protein up and watching my carb intake. Its been going ok, I havent lost any weight (infact I have gained a little) but big fat girls I know its not fat. Currently 85.5kg My last workout I did my back... 3 sets 8 chins to start Deadlifts - 100kgx6, 120kgx6, 160kgx4, then singles with 170, 180 and 190kg Bent over rows - 3x5 with 80kg (felt easy) Lat pulldown - 70kgx5, 80kgx5, 90kgx5 and finally 100kgx5 To finish I did some light rotator cuff work and 15mins fast paced cycling (in reply to mb) Post #: 64 RE: HAD's Journal - Jan.
