But most importantly... Why Are All These So Called "Experts" Advice So Contradicting?! They all blamed my situation on something different, who's advice should I take? Why is it that: Bill Phillips Course "Body For Life" says "weight train intensely, for no more than files 46 minutes three times per week"?! ( pg. 79 ) Pete Sisko's "Train Smart" says to train files as little as 25 seconds every two months!? Mike Mentzers" Heavy Duty Program" says to train one set to failure!? Bulgarian Power Burst Training says to train three times per day seven days per week!?! files Cybergenics program trains every bodypart twice per week? To say the least, I was mind-boggled. In a last ditch effort to see if a skinny guy could really become muscular, I began researching into non-profit organizations who had no products to sell, and who's tests and studies were conducted by extremely credible doctors and scientists.
