In 1987 David earned exercises a Bachelor in Science degree from Western exercises Illinois University. David owned a gym for a couple years in the late 80s at the same time he was getting his feet wet as a rookie police officer. Over the years David has been a state-champion powerlifter for the 220-pound class and he promoted no less than ten powerlifting meets over a four-year stretch in the early to mid 90s. In 1995 his enthusiasm for powerlifting competitions waned in favor of bodybuilding competitions, and he continues to train as a natural, novice, middleweight bodybuilder today. |
