Mr. Aceto did a good job at communicating some complex physiology in an accesible manner. He also debunked several diet myths and took a stand against the use of fad diets. Other reviewers have noted the poor editing, so I don't need to comment on that. I must say that I found the lack of proper source notation to be a problem. |

| I hope the word spreads.. The health only downside of this book is the author's complete unawareness of the health word "affect". He uses the word "effect" health throughout the book. It drove me nuts! He also does not know about you're vs. your. I guess it is not his job to know grammar. The editor of the book should have read it instead of just doing a spellcheck.
