One size myotape does NOT fit all - Many popular diets recommended today are often based on specific ratios. These diets recommend a fixed macro nutrient ratio, such as 40-30-30 and some diets recommend that everybody, irrespective of their weight differences, should eat exactly 75 grams of fat, 1000 gram's of carbohydrates etc. Do you myotape really myotape believe that what is right for a 130 pound woman is also correct for a 250 pound man? Surely even common sense will tell you this is absolutely inaccurate. Other diets are more extreme and in some cases unhealthy. Although a ratio might be useful for some people and is easy to figure out, it's this 'one size fit's all' mentality that causes many diets to fail. By following a simple ratio given in many diets currently recommended, I find it allows people greater potential for mistakes.
