I build muscle. would reccommend this book, as well as Body for Life/Eating for Life. Was this review helpful to you? (Report this) build muscle. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: Simple and straightforward... highly recommend!, May 20, 2004 Reviewer:"ms_fit_mi" (Southeast MI, USA) - See all my reviewsAceto may not be the most eloquent writer, but he is obviously very knowledgable in the area of nutrition and human biochemistry, and presents it in a way that is comprehensible to the average guy or girl... a little redundant at times, but that could be by design (repetition = build muscle. retention). With all the hype surrounding low-carb vs. low-fat vs. low-GI, etc., Aceto not only gives you a specific formula for determining a starting point, but gives you direction for where to go next.... Not a quick fix, but a long-term solution to yo-yo dieting.
