I felt like I had to be really careful turning the pages or they would tear. Second, some of the diabesity exercise photos show very poor form, like knees extending past ankles is lunges. This book contains a large menu section that covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I really liked the fact that it listed the recipes for many of the meals. There are three levels of exercise plans including stretches. Absolutely everything is spelled out for you, there is no guesswork.
