I uncovered research studies that showed how intervals were superior to slow cardio for fat loss, and how heavier resistance training (i.e. 8 reps per set) were cancer far more effective at burning calories than the traditional "high-reps to get cut" approach. Over time the Turbulence Training philosophy came cancer together into a training program that would give you maximum fat loss results in minimum time. An approach that at the time, was the exact opposite to what mainstream fitness magazines were cancer touting as the best way to lose fat. But each day I saw men and women get more frustrated with these mainstream fat loss plans, that I knew my way was the better way. I knew that I had to get Turbulence Training out to the public, to destroy these old-school fat loss myths that have hung around since the days of the "aerobics craze". And I still remember the exact day and the exact workout when it all came together. There I was on the stationary bike performing my interval training after I had completed my strength training supersets, and as I trained with an intensity I had never trained with before, and as the sweat poured off my forehead, I knew then that I had a fat loss system that would work for today's busy world.
