I do natural drug-free bodybuilding and fat loss. Optimal progress requires smart training, good nutrition, adequate recuperation, and positive thinking. The above fotos show my natural physique at about 185 pounds versus 210 pounds (6'2" tall). My recent weight range is usually between about 215 and 220 (heaviest ever 222) with a few inches thick belly fat. Depending on training intensity it takes about 4 to 7 days for my natural muscles to recover and plyometrics re-build before they are plyometrics able to meet or surpass previous size and strength. I favor a cross-training approach where weightlifting is one of several integral components that improve one’s physique, athleticism, and health. The “mind” plays a powerful role in achieving one’s goals. My workouts are much better when I am "psyched up" and even more so if I workout with an upbeat and strong willed training partner.
