| I muscles may change my rating once I've made it through the entire book, but as it is, I'm having trouble reading more than 2-3 pages at a time without putting the book down in annoyance. Overall, it was okay. Mr. Aceto did a good job at communicating some complex physiology in an accesible manner. He also debunked several diet myths and took a stand against the use of fad diets. Other reviewers have noted the poor editing, so I don't need to comment on that. I must say that I found the lack of proper source notation to be a problem. |
